"For the piercing side of this business I am extremely upset. I never even got my nose pierced there because the piercer was unbelievably unreliable. My mom and I had called multiple times to figure out a time when the piercer would be there and it always starts out between 2-3 pm and then I’ll call again and its been pushed back to 3:30. Until finally I show up at 3:30 and all of a sudden the piercer won’t be for there for the next two days. This happened more than once. I’m glad I didn’t go here to get my piercing because I guarantee it would’ve been just as terrible as the reliability."
