"I got a young lady without much experience yet got charged full price instead of what an apprentice should charge. In 5 days I had half of my lashes gone. They did offer for me to come back in at no cost but I was also told my lashes may need a brake. When I tried to reschedule for 2 weeks I made sure they were not going to charge me, yet they said they would ( not for a full set but for a fill). I am in the same business and I know customer satisfaction is #1 to a successful business even if we have to take a loss. Very sad becouse it was a nice place"

"I love this place ! The owner has been doing my eyebrows for a few years now . I only trust this place with my eyebrows. However she’s not there the whole week because of her other location in patchouge so I try to work out what days she’s at this location and move my schedule around to just see her ! The only complaint I have is one of the girls there charged me $23 for my eyebrow and lip and the owner charged me $20 today , so im not sure if there was a mischarge ? Either way no complaints , I only have intrest in seeing the owner for now on !!"
