"Customer does not get returns and that is not fair to consumers. Need better lighting at counter’s to see the glassware for product your about to buy. Otherwise you walk out and you’re burnt when their glassware is cracked with hair line fractures that you can’t see in a dark lit store. The girls that work there are good in their job. It has nothing to do with them personally. Just the store it self and owners that have a terrible business return policy. And I think that any store you buy from you should be allowed to return items if they are broken buy them or allowed the product to leave store broken knowing it’s cracked but want still sell it knowing no one can come back on you with a NO RETURN POLICY So, check your glassware close at this store it’s not the first time I have had to deal with this at this store throughout the few years it’s been open."

"I would not go to Uptown Ink! There are so many negative reviews and almost everyone I know says they are not good! They pierced my septum wrong and I never noticed until someone told me so I went to a professional I know and she said they shouldn't have their license because of it, (it's so low that it's at the very bottom of my nose) they also pierced my helix wrong and now there's scar tissue and I can't have any jewelry in it what so ever and I always take proper care of my piercings/tattoos. I went and got a tattoo 3 years ago and it's so light it looks faded and crooked. I'm not trying to bash on someone's business but this is all really upsetting and money waisted on such a place:(( Ive heard that they don't even clean their equipment. Please find somewhere better to go!!"

"If i could give one star, I would!! I got a lip piercing (ashley piercing) and it was very poorly done. The piercing was crooked, the jewelry piece was wrong, the jewelry fell out after two hours and when I reached out to them, it took them days to respond, even after seeing the message after I had sent it. $55 dollars down the drain, no support or help. DO NOT GET YOUR PIERCINGS DONE HERE!"
