"This was my first tattoo and Jon was a consummate professional. In fact, on the same day my son and my daughter’s boyfriend got their first tattoo, my daughter got her second, and my son’s girlfriend got her sixth! We were in the shop all day and through it all Jon was awesome! He is a talented and gifted individual and it’s obvious that he loves what he does and it’s exemplified by his artistry and work. "I've been here at least ten times and have only had one good experience. It's a nice store with cool stuff but the employees are rude, unwelcoming, and give off bad and judgmental vibes. Especially today I went there to get something specific that I wanted. I had found it but ended up leaving without it because the two young women that were working there were so unwelcoming, rude, and judgemental that I didn't even want them to ring me up for my purchase. I'm never going there again."
